The Mother Pearl Foundation

The Mother Pearl Foundation is a pending 501(c)3 entity established in 2004 by several Alpha Chapter Bros with the purpose of establishing an endowment to benefit Howard University scholarship programs and serve as an instrument to solicit and receive contributions, bequests and gifts to fund the endowment/scholarship.

The current Board of Directors consists of:

Donald Mullins, Jr. (11-77-A)

Jonathan Nelson (Alpha 1958)

William Ryans (10-79-A)

Gernerique Stewart (6-95-A)

Allen Toles (9-79-A)

Robert Warren, Jr. (11-80-A)

Membership to the Foundation is open to any Brother of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity who pays the initial then subsequent annual membership dues (initial dues = $100; annual dues after initial year = $25).
